Parking Regulations

Parking Regulations

These regulations are designed to ensure the safe, fair, and efficient use of parking spaces within the development. All residents and visitors are required to comply with the following rules.

1. Parking Allocation

  • Parking spaces within the property are allocated based on availability and may be designated as either residential parking spaces or visitor parking spaces.
  • Each resident is entitled to one allocated parking space (if applicable), which will be identified by a marked number or sign.

2. Residential Parking

  • Only vehicles belonging to residents or authorized individuals are permitted to park in residential parking spaces.
  • Residents must park in their designated parking spots only. Unauthorized use of another resident’s space is prohibited.
  • All vehicles must be parked in accordance with the lines of the designated space, ensuring proper clearance for other vehicles and pedestrians.

3. Visitor Parking

  • Visitor parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Residents should notify management in advance if they expect visitors who will require parking for an extended period.
  • Visitors must park in designated visitor spaces only. Unauthorized parking in residential spaces or areas marked as restricted is prohibited.
  • Visitor parking is limited to a maximum of 48 hours unless otherwise agreed with management.

4. Vehicle Requirements

  • Only roadworthy vehicles are allowed to park within the property.
  • Vehicles that are not in working order, abandoned, or pose a safety hazard may be removed at the owner’s expense.
  • All vehicles must be insured and have valid registration and tax.

5. Parking Restrictions

  • Parking is not permitted in any other areas of the development.
  • No parking is allowed on sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, or areas not designated for parking.
  • Double parking, blocking other vehicles, or obstructing access to common areas is strictly prohibited.

6. Noise and Environmental Considerations

  • Engine idling, excessive revving, or loud noise caused by vehicles in the parking area is prohibited.
  • Any oil spills or vehicle-related fluids must be reported immediately and cleaned up. Residents are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their parking space.

7. Responsibility and Liability

  • Management is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss to vehicles parked in the parking area, whether on the resident’s assigned parking spot or visitor spaces.
  • Parking at the property is entirely at the vehicle owner’s risk.
